Our fig trees are producing their second run of fruit. And on the weekend I finally got around to making this tasty little dish that I have been dreaming about for weeks!

I can see now that I will need to have these ingredients on hand at all time as it is soooooo delicious and very quick and easy to make! Only trouble is I need to get to the ripe figs before the birds do!

Ohhh Yummmmmm!!!! I have to make this...I have recently made fig and ginger jam..I think this recipe is much more mouth watering..
